40. Rubber and articles thereof

Import licensing notes:

(1) Import of natural rubber (all the items classified under Exim Head 40.01) shall be permitted through all ports of Customs for both DTA & EOU units.

(Above Note (1) has been amended vide NTF. NO. 44/2003, DT. 06/08/2004)

[OLD-
(1) import of natural rubber (all the items classified under Exim Head 40.01) shall be permitted only through customs port at Kolkata and Vishakhapatnam.]
