NOTES :
- RBI approval numbers and dates for all remittances towards charter hire should be included in Remarks column.
- Bank certificates for amounts received should be forwarded (if any part of foreign exchange receipts has been credited to a foreign currency account of the shipping company, details of the credit and the quarterly statement in form SPG2 in which it has been/will be reported, should be indicated.)
- This statement should be submitted (in duplicate) so as to reach Reserve Bank before the end of the month subsequent to the quarter under report.
- Voyages not completed during the quarter should be included in the quarter in which they are completed.
