Applications of certain provisions of Central Excise Act.
SECTION 127N.
The provisions of Chapter V of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Chapter shall apply in relation proceedings before the Settlement Commission under this Chapter.
