PUBLIC NOTICE NO 34/2004, Date : 21/04/2004
Sub : Daily List of Imports / Exports for 2004-2005 reg.
1.Attention of the trade is invited to the following rates for subscribing to the Daily List of Imports and Exports for the year 2004-2005.
2.The subscription should be paid by means of Demand Draft/ Pay Order drawn in favour of Director (Statistics), New Custom House, Mumbai and should be sent to the address of the Director (Statistics), Daily List Section, New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai 400001. No cheque payments will be accepted.
3.The subscription for the full year will be applicable for the period 01.04.2004 to 31.03.2005. Subscription for half year will be applicable for the period 01.04.2004 to 30.09.2004 or 01.10.2004 to 31.03.2005 as the case may be.
4.The Daily List data for outstation subscribers shall be sent by registered post. Subscription amount once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. The subscribers are requested to indicate the manner of use of the data i.e. whether it is for their personal use or sale/publication or web-site.
5.The following details will be made available in the Daily List Data :-
(a)Import Data ITC(HS)Code, Description of the item, Quantity, Assessable Value,
Country of Origin, Importers Name, B/E Date.
(b)Export Data ITC(HS)Code, Description of the item, Quantity, FOB Value, Port of Destination, Exporters Name, S/B Date.
6. The provisions in the notification for issue of Daily Lists is under review by Central Board of Excise and Customs. The Daily List data, as hitherto provided may therefore undergo changes, during 2004-2005.
