32. Tanning or dyeing extracts; tannins and their derivatives; dyes, pigments and other colouring matter; paints and varnishes; putty and other mastics; inks
(1) Irrespective of the policy shown in this Chapter import of Scalants and Adhesives except those based on Starch, gum, dextrine, latex, PF,UF and PVA is freely permitted either in bulk or in consumer
