Anti-dumping Investigation-Addl. Sec., MOC is the Designated Authority
G.S.R. No. 915(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 63/2000-NT-Customs, vide GSR No. 802(E), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 19th October, 2000, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the Additional Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, as designated authority for the purposes of said rules, until further orders.
