The Designated Authority, having regard to the Customs Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and theCustoms Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles andfor Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, hereby makes the following clarification in the Final Findingsnotified vide notification No. 14/28/2002-DGAD dated 3rd July, 2003.
The table in Para 10 of the Final Findings shall read as follows
