Investigation in the territory of other specified countries
The designated authority may carry out investigation in the territories of other countries, if the circumstances of a case so warrant;
Provided that the designated authority obtains the consent of the person concerned and notifies the representatives of the concerned government and concerned government does not object to such investigation.
