Preliminary Findings
- The Director General shall proceed expeditiously with the conduct of the investigation and in critical circumstances; he may record a preliminary findings regarding serious injury or threat of serious injury.
- The Director General shall issue a public notice regarding his preliminary findings.
- The Director General shall send a copy of the public notice to the Central Government in the Ministry of Commerce and in the Ministry of Finance.
