Following are the Common Declarations:
1. Declarations (Common) to be filed with SB for exports of goods under claim for drawback (Annexure 3).
2. Drawback/DEEC Declaration to be filed for export of goods under claim for drawback (Annexure 4).
3. GR/SDF i.e. Exchange Control Declaration (Annexure 5).
4. Modvat Non-availment Declaration (Annexure 6). Also see Chapter 1.
5. Declaration for Exports without Certificate from Export Inspection Agency (Annexure 7).
Declarations under Specified Schemes are the Following:
1. Declaration to be filed in case of export of goods under DEECScheme(Annexure 8)
2. Declaration to be filed in case of export of goods in anticipation of issue of an Advance Licence/DEEC (Annexure 9)
3. Declaration for consignments covered by AR4 form pending weighment in Docks (Annexure 18).
