1. Watch Dial Feet are classifiable as watch parts under H. 91.01/11. 1983 ECR 814D (T).
2. Watch Movements imported in CKD condition for use in the manufacture of quartz analog wrist watches are entitled to the benefit of exemption under Notfn. 43/85-Cus. as the requirement of the exemption Notfn. for classification under Chapter 91 relates to the classification of finished products and not to components.
