Chemlok-234B-The product is composed of synthetic resin, organic solvents and fillers, though it gives a tack free coating; the product is actually a special type of adhesive used for bonding rubber products to metals, etc. In view of the composition and use, the product in question is appropriately classifiable under H. 35.01/06 of the CTA, 1975.
