Abbalide, as "an organic chemical" under CTA Ch. 29, or as a mixture of odoriferous substances, under CTA: H. 33.02-The chemical compound being a mixture with a basis of an odoriferous substance dissolved in Diethyl phthalate, and of a kind used as a raw material for specific industry (perfume) and not for general use, is appropriately classifiable under CTA: H.
