Milk food
1. Milk food made of soyabean milk is "milk" or "milk food" entitled to exemption. "Milk" and "milk food" have no restrictive meaning in Chapter 21 which covers miscellaneous edible preparations. 1987 (13) ECR 598 (Tri).
