Submission of statements by Indian Shipping Companies
Head Offices of Indian shipping companies operating ocean-going vessels should, in addition to the statement in form SPM 3 [see paragraph 24 of the Guidelines (Annexure III)], submit to Reserve Bank the following statements (in duplicate).
1.
Statement of earnings and disbursements at foreign and Indian ports and net repatriation to India
2.
Operations on foreign currency account/s maintained with overseas banks
3.
Charter hire earnings and disbursements of companys vessels on Time/Voyage Charters
4.
Foreign exchange receipts and expenditure on foreign vessels chartered
