Opening of Bank Accounts in India/Abroad
Reserve Bank may, on application, permit opening of foreign currency bank accounts in India/abroad for retention of the loan funds pending disbursement/utilisation. Borrowers should approach Reserve Bank giving details of loan, name and address of the overseas bank, type of account and rate of interest, etc.
