Imports under Penalty
Authorised dealers may make remittances against goods imported without authority,but later allowed to be cleared by the Customs Authorities against payment of penalty, to the extent of c.i.f. value of the goods indicated on the relative Exchange Control copy of Customs Bill of Entry evidencing imports of goods to India.
