Declaration of Existing Properties to Reserve Bank
Persons and firms/companies referred to in paragraph 12.9 holding immovable properties outside India as on 1st January 1974 were required to declare to Reserve Bank full particulars of the properties held by them. Permission in the form of holding licences has been granted to those who had declared their properties to Reserve Bank.
