Attestation of Applications
The stamp and signature of an authorised dealer on a form prescribed in the Manual or in any Rules under FERA 1973, will be regarded as indicating that the authorised dealer is satisfied as to
(a) the correctness of the statements made on the form and
(b) the bona fides of the application.
