Help desk for problems related to non-appearance of Shipping Bills, DEPB data etc.
In order to sort out the problems related to recent instances of non-appearance of Shipping Bills data on the DGFT site and non-communication of data of issued DEPBs from DGFT to Customs etc., members of the Trade in the Western Zone are hereby informed to address their problems to the Help Desk in the O/o. Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Mumbai. Ms. Usha Pralhad Pol, Joint Director has been appointed as the nodal officer. She will take up the issues with the concerned authorities like Customs, Mrs. Sangeeta Singh, Joint DGFT (EDI) (e-mail id: sangeeta.singh@nic.in) and Shri A.K. Sinha, Senior Technical Director, NIC (e-mail id: anilksinha@nic.in) at Headquarters.

Written details of the problems may preferably be sent by e-mail at ushapol@dgftmum.bom.nic.in or to the undersigned at e-mail sandhuss@dgftmum.bom.nic.in. For expeditious resolution of their problems, they may also send a copy of the e-mail to Mrs. Sangeeta Singh and Mr. A.K. Sinha on their above given e-mails/addresses.
