Corrigendum to Public Notice No. 61, dated 08/10/2007

S.O.(E)-In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraphs 2.1, 2.4 and 2.29 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby replaces existing Para 3 of Public Notice No. 61(RE-2007)/2004-2009, dated 08.10.2007 (regarding export of a total quantity of 10,309 MTs of Raw Sugar to EU) by the following:

3. As regards Special Certification requirement, entries to be made in document EUR and GSP are as follows : -

(Application of Regulation (EC) No.950/2006, Complementary Sugar. Serial No.09.4315).
