Corrigendum to Public Notice No. 62, dated 08/10/2007

S.O.(E)-In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraphs 2.1, 2.4 and 2.29 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends Para 1 and Para 3 of Public Notice No. 62(RE-2007)/2004-2009, dated 08.10.2007 (regarding export of a total quantity of 10,000 MTs of White Sugar to EU) by the following:

2006-2007 seasons production replaced by 2007-2008 seasons production.

Para 3 is replaced by the following:

3. As regards Special Certification requirement, entries to be made in document EUR and GSP are as follows : -

Application of Regulation (EC) No. 950/2006, ACP/India Sugar, Serial No. 09.4337.
