Amendment in the APPENDIX 1 - LIST OF REGIONAL AUTHORITIES AND THEIR JURISDICTION
2. In Appendix-I of the Handbook of Procedures, under Western Zone, Serial No. 16 stands amended as under:

4. To ensure easy transition, the exporters/importers located in the State of Chhattisgarh shall have the option to file their applications with their earlier Licensing Authority also i.e. Regional Authority at Bhopal up to 31st March, 2007.
5. The above amendment shall come into effect from 27.02.2007.
