Revocation of the suspended DEPB rates on Engineering Products

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy 2002-2007, and paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures ( Vol 1) , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Schedule of DEPB Rates:

1. The suspension of DEPB Rates made vide Public Notice No 54 dated 28.02.2004 and Public Notice No 56 dated 10.03.2004 respectively for the products under the Engineering Product Group stands revoked.

This issues in Public Interest.
