Allocation of a total quantity of 10309 MTs of Raw Sugar out of Free Sale Portion of 2007-08 (17010000)
(i) 10,309 MTs of Raw Sugar to EU
2. This refers to HS Code No.17010000 in the Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export & Import Items, 2004-2009 under which M/s. Indian Sugar Exim Corporation Ltd, New Delhi is the designated agency for export of sugar to EU under preferential quota.
3. As regards Special Certification requirement, entries to be made in document EUR and GSP are as follows : -
(Application of Regulation (EC) No.950/2006, Complementary Sugar. Serial No.09.4315).

(Application of Regulation (EC) No.950/2006, Complimentary Sugar. Serial No.09.4315). ]
4. EUR Form is to be endorsed by Customs at the Port of Shipment and the GSP Certificate by Export Inspection Agency/Directorate general of Foreign Trade.
