Addition in Para 4.19 of the Hand Book of Procedure(Vol.I)
In execise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1) :
- 1. The amendments made vide Public Notice No. 52 dated 11.2.2005 in Para 4.19 shall be substituted by the following :
Export shipments under the Advance Licensing Scheme can be effected from any of the SEZs.
