Allocation of a quantity of 8200 MTs of raw sugar from the free sale quota of 2007-2008 (1701)
2. This refers to HS Code No.17010000 in the Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classifications of Export & Import Items, 2004-09 under which M/s. Indian Sugar Exim Corporation Limited, New Delhi, is the designated agency for export of Sugar to USA under preferential quota.
3. The existing procedure in respect of preferential sugar export to USA for issue of GSP Certificate as well as other certification requirements, if any, prescribed specially for export of sugar to USA, shall continue to be followed.
4. This issues in public interest.
