Amendments in Para 2.32 - Import of Second hand Goods/Waste Scrap/ Seconds/ Rags
(1) In Para 2.32 (i) the following paragraph will be added :
c) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Paragraphs above, import of scrap will be allowed only in shredded form from the ports listed in Annexure - II to Appendix - V of the Handbook of Procedures.
(2) The following Annexure will be included in the Handbook of Procedures :
Annexure-II to Appendix-V
List of Port of Shipment from where only shredded metallic scrap will be allowed in terms of Para 2.32 of the Handbook of Procedures
(i) Bandar Abbas, Iran.
