Extension of validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs)
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20). the Director General of Foreign Trade in relaxation of the provision as in Para 2.55 (d) of the Handbook of Procedure. 2015-20. notifies as under:-
The validity of recognition of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) included in the Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms (A&ANF) of Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20) who are going to complete their tenure of three years on 31.12.2019 along with those whose validity was extended up to 31.122019 is further extended up to 31.03.2020.
Effect of this Public Notice: Validity of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) as listed in the Appendix 2G of Appendices and ANF, whose validity expires on 31.12.2019 is extended up to 31.03.2020.
