Amendments in APPENDIX 4C - LIST OF AGENCIES AUTHORISED TO ISSUE CERTIFICATES OF ORIGIN- NON PREFERENTIAL

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I):

2. The following is added at the end of Sl. No.3(All India Organisation) of Appendix-4-C :

3. Sl. No. 4 under ( Delhi) of Appendix 4-C stands deleted.
