i) The description of export product mentioned against Sr.No. 286 is amended to read as Commercial Vehicle of GVW upto 7.5 MT in CBU/SKD/CKD condition
ii) The description of export product mentioned against Sr.No. 331 is corrected to read as Graphite electrode /Carbon electrode/Anodes/Nipples/ Graphite Fine and Mix Graphite products
iii) The description of export product mentioned against Sr.No. 481 is amended to read as Cryogenic Tank for Liquified Gases

ii) The validity period of the adhoc DEPB rate for the export product paper Cones made of relevant paper board notified vide Public Notice No. 32 (RE:03)/2002- 07 dated 12.11.2003, is made effective from 4.12.2003 i.e the date on which Sr.No. 996 was assigned to this entry vide Public Notice No. 34 (RE-03)/2002-07 dated 4.12.2003.

The value cap in respect of the export product appearing at Sr.No. 51 is amended to read as Rs. 100/- kg.
