Persons importing / exporting goods - from/to China through Gunji, Namgaya Shipkila and Nathula ports - CIF value of a single consignment not exceed Indian Rs.25,000 (0100000134)
1. After para 2.8(v), following new para shall be added:
(v.a) Persons importing / exporting permissible goods as notified from time to time, from/to China through Gunji, Namgaya Shipkila and Nathula ports, provided the CIF value of a single consignment does not exceed Indian Rs.25,000.
2. After Sl.No.11 under para 2.8(vi), following new Sl.No.12 with relevant details thereof shall be added:
