Procedure for import of certain items under the India-Nepal Treaty of Trade signed on 02/03/2002- amendment therein.
1. Para 2 in Public Notice No 9/2002-07 dated 30.4.2002 shall stand deleted.
2. State Trading Corporation (STC) shall be the sole agency to make imports of vegetable fats (Vanaspati) upto the indicated quantity on annual quota basis. Other conditions of the Public Notice No. 9/2002-07 dated 30.04.2002 shall remain unchanged.

2. STC shall be the sole agency to monitor the imports of Vegetable fats (Vanaspati) from Nepal. Other conditions of the Public Notice No. 9 dated 30.4.2002 shall remain unchanged.
