Appendix 19A - Form of Application for Registration Cum Membership (RCMC) with Export Promotion Councils

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in Appendix 19-A-Subtitled ‘Form of Application for Registration Cum Membership (RCMC) with Export Promotion Councils’ -

1. “Sl. No. 2 of Documents to be enclosed with the application form, ‘A certificate from the bank in support of the applicant’s financial soundness’ stands deleted.”

This issues in Public interest.
