Appendix 37D - HIGH VALUE ADDED MANUFACTURED GOODS
1. In Appendix 37D, under Table 9, after Sl. No. 7, the following is added in the Index of Product Categories under I:
I. HIGH VALUE ADDED MANUFACTURED GOODS Note 1 : Benefits on High Value Added Manufactured Goods shall be granted for exports w.e.f. 1.4.2008. Note 2 : Goods, as contained in this Table, if exported as export obligation under Advance Authorisation Scheme or under Duty Free Import Authorisation Scheme, shall be eligible for this export benefit only if the value addition is at least 100%. | ||||

2. Consequently, the above mentioned products are entitled to FPS benefits @ 2.5% on FOB Value of exports made w.e.f 1.4.2008.
