Appendix 14-I-C - SECTOR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR EOU UNITS (production capacity - units which are utilizing plastic waste/scrap)

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures Vol. I :

Sub-para 5(ii) of Appendix 14-I-C shall be amended as under:-

(ii) No enhancement of the production capacity be allowed to units which are utilizing plastic waste/scrap.
