Amendments in Appendix 37A - LIST OF EXPORT ITEMS ALLOWED UNDER (VKGUY)
1. VKGUY Product Code No. 02 of Appendix 37A is modified as under:

Note: This entry shall exclude namkeens, mixtures, bhujia, chabena (or by any other name) covered under sub heading 21069099 of ITC HS Code. | 1.4.2005 |
2. This modification is effective for exports w.e.f 1.4.2005.
Consequently it is clarified that exports of Sweetmeat, commonly known as methai, covered either under ITC HS Code 0403 or ITC HS Code 21069099 are entitled for VKGUY benefits for exports w.e.f 1.4.2005.
