ITC (HS) Classification - Export of Silk waste

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy,1997-2002, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule 2 Appendix I of the Book titled "ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 1997-2002."

2. The follwing entry shall be added as S. No.38 in the Schedule 2 Appendix I of the Book titled " ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 1997-2002."

Mulberry Silk Waste

Exports allowed only Not Carded or Combed against a valid registration certificate issued in this regard by the Member Secretary, Central Silk Board or his authorised representatives.

(In above table Sl. No. 38 has been amended vide PN. No. 39(RE-98), Dt. 15/9/1998)
