Milk/Baby milk, pulses, lentils grams and their flour and castor seed export out of restricted list
2. In Chapter 16, Part II, Paragraph 16.2- Restricted items (Exports Permitted under Licence), the following amendments shall be made in the entries at SI. Nos. 13, 15 and 19: -
(a) the entry at S.No. 13 relating to Milk, baby milk and sterilised liquid milk shall be deleted;
(b) the entry at S.No. 15 relating to pulses, all types shall be amended to read as :
"Pulses, all types, including lentils, grams, beans and flour made therefrom except those in consumer packs upto 5 kgs."
(c) under the entry at S.No. 19, the item Castor Seed shall be deleted.
3. This issues in the Public interest.
