1. The licensing note no.2, at the end of chapters 84, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96 and 98 of ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 1997-2002, is deleted.
2. Public Notice No. 290(PN) dated 30.04.95, appearing at licensing note no. 3 to chapter 85 of ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 1997-2002 is withdrawn and the said licensing note is deleted."
