Export of furnace oil, naptha raw petroleum coke decanalised, allowed freely

S.O.( E): In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, as amended, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002.

2. In Chapter 16, Part-III, Paragraph 16.3 - Canalised items of EXIM Policy, 1997-2002, as amended, the entries appearing at Sl. Nos. 1(iv), 1(ix) and 1(x) shall be deleted.

3. This issues in public interest.
