Existing policy for items 10011090 (Durum Wheat: Other) & 10019020 (Other Wheat) shall remain in abeyance till 31/12/2007

S.O. (E) - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy-2004-09, the Central Government hereby amends the Notification No. 38 (RE-2006)/2004-09 dated 22nd December, 2006, as under :

1. The existing policy for items falling at Exim Codes 10011090 (Durum Wheat: Other) and 10019020 (Other Wheat) shall remain in abeyance till 31st December, 2007. During this period import of these items will be allowed freely.

2. This issues in public interest.
