DGFT notifies curbs on exports of meat (0204)

S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments against entries at Sl.Nos. 20(a), 20(b), 21(a) and 21(b) in Chapter 2 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import items, 2004-2009 as amended from time to time :

Existing Entry:

20(a)0204Kg.Meat of sheep or goats, fresh, chilled or frozen
