Existing policy for import of items at Codes 10011090 (Durum Wheat: Other) and 10019020 (Other Wheat) shall remain in abeyance till further orders

S.O. (E) - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy-2004-09, the Central Government hereby amends the Notification No. 56 (RE-2006)/2004-09 dated 29th March, 2007, as under :

1. The existing policy for import of items falling at Exim Codes 10011090 (Durum Wheat: Other) and 10019020 (Other Wheat) shall remain in abeyance till further orders. During this period, import of these items will be allowed freely.

2. This issues in public interest.
