Amendments in NTF. NO. 18/2006, DT. 04/07/2006 - Govt prohibits exports of sugar till end of fiscal (17010000)

S.O.(E) - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Paragraph 2 of Notification No.18(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 04.07.2006 :-

In column 6 Nature of Restriction the words Not permitted to be exported shall be substituted by Unless specifically permitted for export by DGFT.

2. This issues in Public Interest.
