Amends Schedule-I (Imports) of the ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-09
1. The following entries under Notification No. 94(RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 2nd March, 2009 may be read as follows :
| 85256019 | ---- Other | Free | Radio communication equipment including VHF, UHF and microwave communication equipment not permitted to be imported except against a licence to be issued by the WPC wing of Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. |
| 85256099 | ---- Other | Free | Not permitted to be imported except against a licence to be issued by the WPC wing of Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. |
2. This will be effective from 2nd March, 2009, as no change in Policy of any item was intended vide Notification No. 94(RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 2nd March, 2009.
