Amendments in Notification No.58/2009-14 dated 17.8.2010

S.O. (E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, and also read with Notification No. 26 (RE 2008)/2004-09 dated 22.7.2008 and Notification No. 44/2009-14 dated 21.05.2010, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Notification No. 58/2009-14 dated 17.08.2010 as under:-

2. With immediate effect, existing entries at para 3 of Notification No. 58/2009-14 dated 17.08.2010 shall be substituted as follows:

3. The above shall come into effect from 1st November, 2010.
