ITC(HS) Classification of Exports and Imports Items 2004-2009 Export of Handicrafts-Clarification
2. The following Export Licensing Note No.1 may be inserted in Chapter 5 (i.e. Products of Animal Origin) of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) :
Export Licensing Note No.1:
"The handicrafts made out of bone and horn products as finished products and not exported for further processing, and not intended for human or animal consumption are not covered under entry at S.No. 35 and 36 of this Chapter"
3. This issues in Public Interest.
