Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, is hereby notified
In exercise of powers conferred by section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992), as amended from time to time, the central Government hereby notifies the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023. This Foreign Trade Policy shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 2023. Efect of this Notification: Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, is hereby notified.
