Attention is invited to Ministry"s Section 37B Order No50/4/97-CX dated 5th November.1997and 51/5/97-CX dated 20.11.1997 issued from F.No.l03/5/96-CX3 whereunder classification of "Nycil Prickly Heat Powder" was ordered to be made under heading 33.04.

2. It is desired that the assessments in respect of "Prickly Heat Powder" may be finalized on the basis of aforesaid orders issued under 37B and steps may be taken to realize the government dues immediately.
